Each month, we categorize transactions, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, maintain your chart of accounts, and provide core financial statements including a profit and loss statement and balance sheet. The goal is simple: clean, reliable monthly numbers without unnecessary complexity, so you can spend less time managing the books and more time running the business.

Typical pricing: $300–$600 per month, depending on transaction volume, number of accounts, complexity, and reporting needs.

Cost Savings Review

Our Cost Savings Review is a focused look at your recurring expenses to find practical ways to reduce waste and improve profit. We review vendor bills, subscriptions, software, insurance, recurring services, and other operating costs to identify savings that can stick over time. The goal is simple: help you keep more of the money your business already earns.

Typical pricing: $250 fixed fee review. When ongoing monthly savings are identified and implemented, savings are split 70/30, with 70% kept by you and 30% billed as a success fee month over month for 6 months. The fixed review fee is credited against the success fee and serves as the minimum project fee if limited savings are found.
